How inquiry and website data is handled.
This notice explains what Axial SQL collects when you visit the site or send an inquiry, why it is used, and how long it is kept.
1. Responsible business
Axial SQL is a data platform consulting practice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@axial-sql.com .
2. Website visits
For each request, the site records the requested URL, date and time, HTTP method and status, response time, source IP address, referring page, user-agent, accepted language, host, and AWS trace identifier when available. These logs are used to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and understand use of the site. Form message contents are not copied into request logs.
3. Inquiries
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company and topic, and the message you provide. The source page, submission time, and source IP address are included with the inquiry. This information is used to respond, assess whether the requested work is a fit, prevent abuse, and manage related business communications.
4. Inquiry delivery
Inquiry forms submit directly to the website application. Amazon Simple Email Service sends the inquiry to the Axial SQL team at info@axial-sql.com. The email address you provide is used as the Reply-To address so the team can answer you.
5. Analytics, cookies, and embedded services
The site does not use advertising scripts, tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or cookies. If a scheduling service is added later, this notice will be updated before it is enabled.
6. Providers and transfers
Amazon Web Services hosts the website, stores request logs in DynamoDB, and delivers inquiries through Amazon SES. Data is processed in the AWS region selected for deployment, which may be in the United States.
7. Retention
Request-log records are configured to expire after 90 days. DynamoDB deletion after the expiration timestamp is asynchronous, so removal may occur later. Inquiry emails and related correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
8. Your rights and contact
You may ask Axial SQL to access, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing info@axial-sql.com . Applicable law may provide additional rights or the ability to complain to a local supervisory authority.
9. Updates
This notice may be updated when the site or its data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
